Before starting Irish Computers, Thomas Gleeson had worked across a range of IT environments. He’d seen first-hand how managed IT providers operated, pushing users straight into ticket systems and leaving them waiting for a response. It didn’t sit right with him. He wanted to build something more personal, more human. A model where clients could pick up the phone and speak to a real person who could actually help.
